Leveraging her expertise in leadership, customer experience enhancement, and product presentation she now applies these skills to effectively market and stage homes. Originally from Pennsylvania and having worked and lived in New Jersey and Massachusetts, Danelle and her husband Tom made Sarasota their home after residing in Lakewood Ranch. Currently, she and her husband reside in Arlington Park which has rich character and is often touted as a hot spot in Sarasota. Their love for the area inspired them to embark on their first investment journey in 2018. Danelle purchased her first rental home, driven by a passion for transforming dated properties into states of beauty. Taking a hands-on approach, she personally designed, decorated, and painted the home, finding joy in revitalizing the property. Building on this success, she acquired her second rental home in 2021, combining investment acumen with a love for the transformative process.
